"The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. The balcony was going to be closed, but plans changed and she was able to get the outside furniture put back out side right away after we checked in. "チェックインして入室したら前の客が退室ままでベットメーキングも清掃もされていなく ホテル側のフロントからぜルーに電話してもらい即清掃に来るよう依頼した。 担当清掃員からメールが来ると言う事で待っていたがメールもなく一時間程していきなり清掃にきた。 ５時半にレセプション会場までのピックアップが来るのにシャワーもあびれず最悪。電気ポットもないのでゼルーにも清掃員にもお願いしたが完全無視。 セーフティボックス撤去されていてなく全く話にならない状態。 昨年はマントラでホテル予約したのでその差に愕然。 コンドバイゼルーは利用しない方がおすすめです。"
