Parking is awful, the parking lot is inconveniently far away and for that inconvenience they add an additional $48 per night!! Unless you have a lot patience and opt for the valet parking service, which of course will cost more ... and only partially solves the problem. From checkin to your room is quite a walk, especially with suitcases. They will tell you that you don't need to walk, there is a tram ... true, as infrequent, overcrowded and slow it maybe, it is there ... but you better have a lot of patience and avoid peak times.
To make matters worse, there also are no luggage carts and there is no valet option to bring your suitcases to your room.
Way to go Hilton, that is how you make a first impression on the wary/tired customers that travelled 5 hours or more from a different time zone to get there.
So unless you intend to stay at the resort the whole time this parking situation is a major hassle ... but then why go to Hawaii ??
