"Soundproofing definitely wasn't great. The room next door clearly had a loud party going till about 1:30 in the morning which made it impossible to sleep until then. The on-site manager offered to let us sleep in another room, which was nice. Aside from that, a decent hotel."

If they had of been an emergency there would’ve been no communication possible. I randomly tried dialling 9 which connected me with the very pleasant and efficient receptionist.
