"I travel on and off the island a lot and I’ve stated pretty much every hotel in Waikiki in the old adage goes you get what you pay for. I gave it a four star because of that but probably should be a three star. This is a quaint little hotel great location perfect for being around the shops in downtown Waikiki, but it definitely has its negative. "The front desk staff was very helpful. I was in a jam and they helped me with phone calls and printing out info I needed. The room was great. I throughly enjoyed the kitchenette and balcony. It was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Finding the parking however was a little challenging, driveway is somewhat hidden, and parking area is very tight."

"To begin with, we had no idea how to get into our condo. Apparatently, we were supposed to be notified one week prior. Therefore, I had to call the company in order to get the information as there is no front desk. The view is amazing. The property s clean. You have to pay to wash your towels. The shower curtain rod needs to be replaced. It fell multiple times throghout our stay."

"There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! "

"The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly.
