Great place to stay near the shinkansen and transit lines. Close to a ton of shops. Breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend!

Okura Act City Hotel Hamamatsu
The room was spacious and clean. Furnishings are dated. There is no elevator security, so anyone can travel the elevators. Breakfast buffet was decent. We stayed 3 nights. We came for the musical instrument museum .
