"We chose Palmerston area rather than Darwin itself for convenience to where we needed to be. Also it was much more reasonably priced and the reviews of Darwin city hotels were generally pretty low whereas Rydges had rave reviews. We can see why. We have stayed in many hotels both in Oz and overseas ..."
