"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. "温泉の種類が豊富で、朝ごはんも夕飯も美味しかった！キッズスペースがあるので、子連れにぴったりだと思うのですが、喫煙所があるため、キッズスペースもややタバコ臭い。お風呂の脱衣所にもタバコの臭いがしました。 建物自体は全体的に古い印象ですが、お風呂やキッズスペース、食事スペースが綺麗だったので良かったと思います。 タバコ臭さを改善してもらえれば、最高だとおもいます"
