Overall a decent stay. Great location to Kokura Station, only a 3-5 min walk to get there. Unfortunately, no complimentary breakfast but there are many food options nearby. Rooms were standard business hotel rooms, nothing to rave about. My best experience here was my interaction with customer service. They were professional and friendly and went beyond my expectations.

The staff was very generous in kind. The facilities are very clean. I had the ability to wash my clothes. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. I needed to do late checkout, and I was able to do it for another hour for 1000 yen. I look forward to my return.

Staff were supremely helpful and efficient - helping me make local restaurant reservations and generally being above and beyond. The property is conveniently located near the bustling train station as well as the historic arcade street. And of course, the monorail. Clean, comfortable, economical. The optional breakfast is very good quality.

As you would expect in Japan, very clean and staff were very helpful, polite, and efficient. Could not fault them. Rooms are small and the double bed against the wall meant climbing over my wife when wanting to go to bed...

The rooms were dirty, the first room the shower had some residue still on the wall and small chunks of possible hair products. Moved to another room, just slightly less dirty. Staff was absolutely amazing, but this hotel wouldn’t be my first choice.

Very close to the JR station and eating drinking are is just beside the hotel. Room space is good enough, but I reserved 2 person however the ammenity kit was prepared for just one person is about to sorry. Hotel entrance is on the main streat side where Monorail is runnning, but google map is guiding to the opposit side of the Hotel where the drinking area.

Great location 2 minutes from train station. The room is too small for two people with their luggage. Bed is too hard and pillows are too soft, so sleeping wasn't very comfortable. There are three coin laundry machines and you can check their status on the room TV which is convenient. Breakfast buffet is great
