"We used the hotels as a base for a safari tour and it was an ideal base. The location is great, being a short walk (1500m) out of Tissa. Lake Wind Resort is a beautiful heritage building that has had life injected again by new management. The team could not have been more helpful and attentive. "Had trouble at first with staff saying booking didnt go through so had to contact hotels via X to sort out. The one staff was a great guy, so freindly and helpful, i was in the area to visit national park and he arranged this for me. Only problem with hotel is internet did not work, and no phone reception in that area either. "
