"A very unexciting hotel. I was expecting more for the almost $200 price, but that's Switzerland. Fast food is over $20. T shirts $30-40. The room was tiny, hard to put away my things. The outlet had a rim around it, so I could not insert my European adapter, but the hotel loaned me one. No refrigerator or safe that I could see. So very spare, but location was great, right in Old Town and a short walk to the train station. Be warned that there are a lot of stairs to reception. Found out later if you walk a good distance around the block you can find a less challenging entrance, but with multiple bags I chose the main entrance and got help going down the stairs when I left. Serviceable but nothing more. They did have CNN. though."

"Really friendly staff, nice modern bathroom (although rest of room fine — quite basic), easy check-in. No breakfast included though and location was just okay , not super central. Overall content with our stay and enjoyed being able to use the pool, jacuzzi, gym facilities — those are standout perks!"

"With such a large group checking in at the same time, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally and patiently assisted each guest in settling in quickly. The rooms were clean and cozy, with excellent amenities, and the hotel's central location was very convenient. I truly appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone. I would especially like to thank Noraly and Nadim for going above and beyond to help my teammates resolve their issues. I highly recommend this hotel."

"It is an old property. We almost fry at night be cause there was not AC and the room was very hot. Bathroom shower wouldn’t drain. I don’t recommend this hotel "

"Our stay at Bristol Hotel for one night was comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Check in was a breeze and the breakfast was good! We really appreciated the early check in. "

"Almost 500 rooms but you wouldn't really know it. 24hr Reception staff were efficient, spoke English and were professional. The dining room for breakfast was roomy and well set out. Food choices were a little limited but quality was excellent. It had a bar and courtyard to chill out in. Perhaps my only negative was disability access, the front of the property had stairs, you had to walk around the side and rear entrance to gain access if you had heavy bags or were had limited physical mobility. Rooms were adequate, clean, bathroom was on the smaller side. Overall, a great place to stay."
