"The staff was more than helpful, friendly and as we say in German zuvorkommend. The food and service at the restaurant was really good, tasty, good portions, nice waiting. The breakfast was really "all you can eat" and "all your heart may desire", fresh, nicely presented and thoughtful. The location Bad Zurzach was idyllic and bucolic... "The hotel is lovely however my room was not cleaned, bed not made and no clean towels. After a long day of meetings, having to chase for clean towels and tea/coffee was not good. However the hotel is great. Would have got a 5 star if housekeeping cleaned my room and made the bed. Disappointing, should not have been missed."

"The hotel was great, but the breakfast was much too expensive so I didn't have it.
The room was perfectly clean and the walk-in shower had glass sides up to the ceiling, so there was no risk of water on the shower-room floor.
The reception staff were very helpful and booked me a ride to Zurich Airport for the next morning."
