"The hotel was having an issue with hot water and AC during my stay, but the staff were very apologetic. The issues were beyond their control and they let us know what was going on, so I did not count it against them in my rating. I loved the doorman who was very courteous and helpful. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. There was no view, but the room was very quiet and private."

Perfect location, good security so there are no random walk ins from the very crowded time square, the decor was fun and varied, bathrooms small but functional and had everything needed & everything was clean.
