"Perfect convenience! Walk from the airport terminal. Walk to and from rental car drop/pickup. Rooms are small and comfortable. Didnt mind the size because we dont spend much time in the room. Very clean. THE BEST shower ever in a Hotel! No lie! Super friendly staff. Absolutely the place i will stay again if i returnto Sioux Falls."

"You can tell they are upgrading the hotel. Love the wood floors; nobody wants musty/damp carpet in their room. The room was spacious enough for one night and was clean. I don't like that the sink area is outside of the toilet area; makes it hard for one person to get ready while someone sleeps. It's on a busier road, but it's Dell Rapids, so it didn't bother us. Plus, the AC masks a lot of sounds. Employees/owners were friendly and helpful. No coffee in the room, but the fridge worked. Super convenient for visiting family nearby, and the price was right."

"It didn't have the best upkeep but the A/C worked, the staff was friendly (even while over worked), the pool was AMAZING and it was clean. Its just stuff like rust and walls looking dingy thats about it."
