"Location on beach was great. There was an issue with our ocean view room and unfortunately we were placed in a large 2 bedroom suite with a view of the parking lot. A big bummer. Nothing special, everything was fine."

"Every thing was very nice, Staff polite and very helpful, rooms are good size, Location good , Beach across street , but not easy paths to enter. Rooms could use freshing up but all in all very nice Hotel. Would recommend highly."

"Easy access to the beach. Perfect weather. Nicely furnished and updated rooms and bathrooms. The gym is tiny- not much equipment. The location is perfect for Montauk and Amagansett. The staff were very nice and hard working."
