"Rooms have been renovated and were pretty nice. Our room had a kitchenette and it only had a small frying pan and small pot nothing big enough for two people barely even big enough for one but other then that everything was good. Owner was super friendly and made sure we had one of the better rooms which was nice, I asked for a room on the bottom and some cuterly and he was able to provide that for us so they are accommodating. There is a decent sized parking lot in the back, room was clean, prices are fair. Our stay overall was good and I would probably go back if needed. "

"Fantastic little Gem. We came for the water slide (travelling with a little one) and really loved all the nice touches around the property. Our check in was quick and smooth and front desk was more than helpful in all the ways we needed. A special thank you to the staff member at front desk for helping us with a small issue at the pool. You really ensured we were able to enjoy our time. We noticed an awesome coveted bbq and fire pit area that was being enjoyed by other guests. Our room was very clean. I very much appreciate the decaf option in our in room coffee station. We didn’t participate in breakfast but it smelled wonderful. Lots of parking. "

"The TV system was very complex. There was a full page document detailing how to use it. We had no sound and needed staff to contact their tech support. Room was clean and beds we comfortable."

"A little gem. Comfortable bed, cute furnishings, fridge, microwave and seating area. Newly renovated. No dressers or closets as motels are usually a one night stop. Quiet and secure area. Will be a return visitor. "

"A lot of homeless people around. Their staff left at 10 pm, and a homeless person was shouting and caused an issue, so we called the police. Very poor condition, and not clean. The worst stay we have had. Do not stay at Duncan and this motel. "
