"We stayed for a quick overnight after going to Busch Gardens during the day. Check in was super simple, staff were polite, and breakfast had good options. We really liked that the shower didn’t have a tub attached and how spacious the bathroom felt. The hotel was also in a super convenient location for food and shops. We would absolutely stay again."

"We routinely stay at this specific hotel when we visit Williamsburg. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and it’s a quiet hotel even when it’s full. It is also at a very convenient location for Busch Gardens and the Outlet mall. The only thing that I ca. mention is that the breakfast is an additional charge and is essentially the same breakfast that is free elsewhere. That’s a drawback. We will be regular customers due to the staff and the upkeep of the hotel!"

"Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We experienced a smoke evacuation in the hotel and the staff made sure all residents were out of the hotel and safe. Breakfasts were delicious, plentiful with lots of food choices. We really enjoyed our stay."

"My husband and I booked a stay at the Suburban Williamsburg, Virginia for the dates of June 18-21 2026. When we arrived to check in our room was not ready. We left and then came back to check in and our room still was not available. When we finally checked in the room, the bathroom had mold in the tub and it was dirty. "The Williamsburg Inn is absolutely FANTASTIC! Tim and Leslie helped us with smooth check-in! They were just so nice and helpful!!! We were surrounded by beautiful decor/antiques! Rides were complimentary to dinner/stores (Howard was amazing)! The incredible maids cleaned up our room and provided chocolates and slippers! Tim even text me to see how things were going!!!
