"The property overall is lovely, and you feel very welcomed by the staff immediately. There is a bar on the 7th floor and it is a nice place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the busy area of Bole. The pool is lovely for families and those who wish to exercise. It is in the open I felt shy didn’t want hotel guests watching me so i didn’t use it at night. The morning was good to use and so was the gym. The Indian restaurant was great and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone....

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not match the hotel’s advertised facilities. The room was advertised as having air conditioning, but there was none. This was a major problem because we could not open the windows due to the number of mosquitoes and the noise from the building sites surrounding the hotel.
