"I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!"

"The lady manager greeted us on arrival, she was very friendly and helpful and bubbly which made a difference to our stay it mad us feel welcome, the only thing was there wasn't always someone on reception. The restaurant was nice but wasn't keen on the very large thick cut chips which were under cooked. And I'm not sure if the person serving us was a man or a woman...he spoke and looked like a man but had a dress on!!! Although he/she was pleasant and helpful serving us, but I think he'd been better wareing trousers as the young girl waitresses did."

"Had a lovely 2 night stay here and we're made welcome by the staff from the minute we arrived. The friendly and helpful service in all areas from reception to the restaurant and bar was fantastic and they should all be given praise for making our stay so good. We will definitely be back. 🙂"

"Beautiful place, nice staff. We loved the large pool, hot tub, and sauna. Very decent hot break-fast in the morning and our room was large and comfortable. Only thing that would have been nice is to have a bar fridge in our room. The intended space was there for it, but it wasn’t there. "

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it was as enjoyable as the first stay. Staff very friendly, happy to accomodate any request, within reason. Very quite despite being very busy, great views of the lake and great location. Windermere Lake Cruises almost on the door step for getting out and about . Plenty of choice for breakfast and very good."

"Great hotel, superb location, and super food. Room was brilliant, sublime views. My only 2 relative negatives, food service stopped at 7.30pm and via my wife, the ladies loos were up a fairly step staircase, and there was no accessible loo for folks with limited mobility "
