"Very clean, staff was super friendly,"

"Old but well maintained"

"I parked my truck which is electric in the e/v area and someone else parked so close to me that I guess they couldn’t open the door so they put a big dent on my passenger side door. Also don’t know who designed the showers but the shower head is on one side and the valve is on the opposite side so you have to get into the shower, take a cold bath and wait ten minutes to get hot water!!!!"

"Comfortable bed and pillows. Great location with plenty of parking. Super friendly staff."

"the bar the staff Karen was to nice yo us"

"Breakfast was great!! Food was warm and biscuits were tasty and not dry. Housekeeping did a great job as well!!"

"Loved the veranda"

"The staff was very nice. The room was clean but some things needed attention. The ac unit was stuck in a hole in the wall. It’s remote didn’t work so Ihad to sit in the floor to get low enough to change the temp. The tv remote also didn’t work so the only way to change stations was to stand at the tv and physically push the button. Doable but a bit annoying."

"The place was beautiful, we had a great stay. Driving up to the cabin was an experience."

"Beautiful area. Nice place to stay and convenient."

"Took long to get signed in, the keys I was given didn't open the door. Went back to deal, took another 5 minutes to get new key made that worked. Front desk person slow and impressionable. Cost of room over priced for old out dated looking room. Bathroom not the cleanest. Wouldn't pay the overprice to stay here again. Spend an extra $20 and go elsewhere. Breakfast wasnt much, I've had better selection elsewhere."

"Older hotel. Broken dresser in our room and paint splatters everywhere. We had to switch the knob back and forth for the ac unit (it had one knob for both controls) Mattress was awful. Sheets felt like sandpaper. Good thing it was cheap."

"Great cabin ! Very friendly host!"

"For 2 nights, was ok. Microwave was nasty, in & outside. Fan in bathroom was extremely dirty & dusty. A few hairs in the tub & wall of shower. Air conditioner & TV worked just fine, bed, sink, countertop, floor all clean. 2 baggies with tea in them, but 1 was open. I may have misread, but no hair blower/ dryer. Staff was friendly!"

"We were staying there to attend a funeral. The staff was so sweet and kind to us. The room was clean and cute and the food in the Tavern was simply delicious. This is truly a hidden gem!"

"Dogwood Inn is truly a magical place. From the moment we arrived, Jim and Cindy made us feel genuinely welcome. Cindy’s breakfasts were absolutely outstanding—homemade, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. Jim was equally exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy taking care of their guests. The property is private, absolutely breathtaking, and feels like a dream—a true luxury retreat...

"The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!"
