"The staff was exceptionally helpful, warm welcoming and a good guide. Great, peacefully place to stay just outside of the main city but an easy 10 minute walk to the Elizabeth Line/Underground tube stations with easy access to shopping."

To the extent that I wasn't convinced there was actually a place for me to stay until I was inside.
