"We were booked for three nights. The hotel has three foot tall windows in every single room that are positioned at floor level. We were not informed of this so we didn’t realize until the following morning after checking in the evening prior and my 2 year old son had unlocked the 10th floor window and opened it. The second night we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and they completely forgot my mother’s food. The third night one of the people who cleaned our room stole an expensive skincare bottle from the bathroom counter. When I spoke to the manager about my experience he said “What do you want me to do about that?” At least they credited me for the stolen product but the service was absolutely appalling."

"I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by my experience at this hotel—specifically regarding how dirty it was and the terrible smell. I had looked at the photos of the hotel and the amenities it claimed to offer; imagine my surprise when we arrived and found that it bore absolutely no resemblance to the images shown on the website. Furthermore, there were extra charges added for parking upon check-in, and—contrary to what was advertised—there was no continental breakfast provided. But the saddest and most disappointing aspect of all was simply how filthy the place was and the poor, unkempt appearance it presented."

"Our room was on the 10th floor. The view was great. The room was FREEZING! Despite turning up the temperature. The windows seem to be the original ones from the building bc, insulation? Who is she? Never met her. We could hear EVERY noise from the streets AND the rooftop. The bed was lumpy, and not very comfortable. The bathroom was tidy, and the shower?! I’d stay there again JUST for the shower. That water pressure felt like a massage on my skin. Staff was friendly and attentive. The bar downstairs wasn’t our vibe but it is beautiful. The bar upstairs lacks identity. The views are stunning though."
