During our visit, a key was lost and reported immediately. Despite paying a $50 replacement fee, we were concerned to find that the lock was not changed. Given that the keychain included the motel name and room number, and the room lacked interior deadbolts or latches, we felt uneasy regarding our personal safety and the security of our belongings for the duration of our six-night stay.
Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was poor, and several areas required maintenance. While I appreciate the offer of a discount for a future stay, we do not feel comfortable returning to the property given these safety and hygiene concerns."
