"The building was pretty and in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bedding and towels were clean and of decent quality. Room and en-suite was a lot smaller than expected, difficult to use the toilet. Issues with mould around the shower."

"Our room was at the top of the house and was ridiculously hot. The fan in the room was broken, but staff did supply another one. We had to sleep with the window and shutters open, and it was still uncomfortably hot and stuffy, and made us feel quite sick. It was a relief to open the bedroom door in the morning and let some air in. We could feel it getting cooler as we went downstairs. Staff were helpful when we spoke to them, I guess there's not much more they can do when the weather is 30°+ outside. There were fleece blankets and duvets on the bed, we had to request cotton sheets to make it a little more bearable in the heat. Would stay again, but only during a cooler season!"

"Super trendy new York style studio apartments with all mod cons for self catering. So handy to Clapham Junction Station, getting into the city and Gatwick Airport. Would definitely stay there again. Only two small issues I had was the heat in the place though they did provide a fan and the plugs all blew but were fixed by time I came back from sight seeing."

"A pleasantly surprising nice stay! The area itself is quiet, with decent transport links. Hotel stay friendly, with a bar selling food and drink. Rooms are spacious, with decent shower/bathroom. Room was a tad warm, but the aircon did work eventually. Would highly recommend!"

"I had an excellent stay here of two nights. Diana at the front desk was outstanding from beginning to end helping me with my bags before my room was ready and having them in my room for my check-in later that evening before my return. The single room was perfect for solo travel and I felt immediately happy with the room amenities. The bed was especially comfortable and being situated at the back of the hotel meant I had a wonderful night of sleep to kick off my day. The bar staff were also particularly kind to me and my friend who came to visit me at the hotel. The cleaning staff were also incredible - the room spotless. I was only sad to leave this wonderful hotel and plan to be back very soon!"
