Stayed here for the night as I did the night shine walk for cancer research where the finish line was approximately 10 min away ,the spa is nice and relaxing but it’s not the biggest with limited seating space and no keys to the lockers, good view, large clean room with shower and bath, check in and out was quick and easy, the breakfast was nice with a selection of different foods, the only thing what let it down was the bar as they were rushing around a lot and seemed rude I went there again after the walk and nothing had changed to the point I asked for a coke 4 times

The hotels pool and spa area needs a major renovation. The lounge chairs , the pool and sauna areas look tired and uninviting. The rooms are comfortable and clean and quite pleasant and the hotel is in a safe area.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring that we had the best experience possible. We were continuously delighted by the care and attention to detail that went into making our stay so memorable. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the breakfast spread had something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start our day. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive.
