Leider hatten wir auch nicht das gebuchte Zimmer. Gebucht war ein Zimmer bis zu 7 Personen, bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit 3 Betten.
Es hat für uns ausgereicht, aber war trotzdem anders als gebucht."
"At first they did not provide a room matching the reservation (Deluxe double room with harbor view) saying there were none available. Only after requesting to speak to the manager and showing the Hotels.com reservation confirmation was there apparently such a room available...."

Der einzige Grund, warum wir zwei Sterne statt nur einem (oder am liebsten gar keinem) Stern vergeben, ist das Frühstücksrestaurant. Dort sind die MitarbeiterInnen freundlich, aufmerksam und gästeorientiert und die Qualität und Auswahl des Frühstücks war für knapp 15€ absolut zufriedenstellend. Unsere zweijährige Tochter durfte umsonst frühstücken und auch Kinderstühle waren ausreichend vorhanden - das klare Highlight der Reise!
Ansonsten war alles eher...
"Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits. Dadurch sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Zimmer hatte leider keinen Kühlschrank / Kühlfach. Ansonsten tadellose Zimmer, sehr sauber und gute Matratzen ! "
"Das Hotelzimmer war minimalistisch. Man konnte nur schräg auf der Toilette sitzen. Das ganze Badezimmer war kleiner als eine Besenkammer.
Das Personal beim Frühstück hat lieber lautstark telefoniert anstatt sich um das ausfüllen der leeren Platten zu kümmern.
Auf Nachfrage ob wir einen Cappuccino bekommen können, wurde unfreundlich von der Bedienung mit "nein" geantwortet. Sie selber hat sich dann einen Cappuccino gekocht und am Nebentisch getrunken.
Nach 22 Uhr bekommt man nichts mehr zu...
"Entrance is a little dated but it looks like they have been and are maybe still renovating the rooms. I stayed in a modern comfortable room and slept well. The staff were very friendly and helpful would stay again when in the area"
