"The place was great and convenient for accessing Tianmen Mountain. The only issues we ran into was that we had a round trip airport shuttle, but the hotel said they don’t do that and it’s only a one-way service. As well, the hotel shuts off their AC in the room prior to check out. We had a late check ..."

"This a beautiful stay near Tianmen Mountain. The staff is so nice and really help with arrangements with Zhangjiajie activities including tickets. To arrive from Zhangjiejia west station I had to tell Didi driver Qiman Tianmen Resort instead of XMAN and it worked. (it's on Amaps). I loved the mattress ..."
