Staff held up on phone led to a slow check in, also the parking having to be set up before is not crystal clear and caused some issues - this should be made mlre clear and parkkng gor guests should be available for even one night

Room was clean but the room configuration is all wrong, there’s a metal beam above the bed which you could easily bang your head on, they should have put the bed at the other end with the TV on the other wall and the room is too dark in colour
