"The hotel is in a good location, close to everything. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable. I asked for a wheelchair accessible room and I can say that the bathroom is really big, it has a roll in shower, the only thing a little difficult was to regulate the temperature of the water but other than that everything was great, the room is a little small but there was enough space for my wheelchair which was my main worry. We had a nice view from our window, it would be nice if there was a window that would open to get some ventilation but it was OK. One suggestion would be to have more places to put stuff, like a table or something. Will definitely stay there again though. We loved Zaandam."
"Lovely clean room. Didn’t eat at the hotel as limited choice and in our opinion expensive. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Hotel right near the train station so travelling made easy."
"The entire experience of staying here was wonderful. Perfectly clean, great amenities, amazing location - so close to the main square of restaurants and bars for Zaandam, without any noise disturbance from that area of a night.
During my booking, and in the lead up to our stay, all contact with the hotel staff was exceptionally helpful with fast responses. They even went above and beyond in their customer service when I added an additional night on to our stay, always being friendly and accommodating.
Definitely will stay here again when I come back to stay in Zaandam again!"
"This property is beautiful overlooking the North Sea. It has everything you need and spectacular sunsets!
Wonderful staff, delicious food and very well maintained 😊"
