We were left comparing this property to a 5 star property in Paris, and this property was much beyond even that! Comfortable, convenient, fantastic staff, drop dead gorgeous property, excellent amenities. Yes, it's heavy on the tab, but you feel like it worth every $ you spend. We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was a nice way to treat ourselves before the long...

"We are on a trip through Europe, and this was the best stay for sure. The staff was super accommodating. We got a complimentary drink when we arrived as well! And you can’t forget how spacious the rooms were. They were huge compared to everything else we stayed in. I cannot recommend this property enough. Thank you Hendricks!"

"The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are nice but could use some freshening up. If you run hot I do not recommend this hotel. It’s an old building the AC is not very strong. We had to request a fan. The staff is very friendly and willing to help."

"Upon arriving to the hotel, we were greeted by friendly employees. It was a maze finding our room; however, it was well worth it! The room was spacious and clean. On the second night we had a leak coming from the ceiling. The front desk was quick to address the issue and moved our room. The on site amenities were great as well as the location! No complaints!"

"The hotel is walking distance from the over-congested, very loud core of the old city. It allows you to find quiet when you want it, but it’s close enough to the core that it can be easily walked by most people. We found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. There are a few nice cafes and breakfast spots nearby."

Our room was a bit dated and lacked enough space and storage to be comfortable; the room could be reimagined. The room light controls were clunky and the entertainment system could use an upgrade. Restaurant and bar service were not always consistently excellent. For the price point, my expectations were a bit higher."
