"Room was clean, staff was nice, but there was water damage in ceiling above the shower and the toilet was constantly running and when I said something to the front desk another person came in and had some story for an excuse to why it couldn’t be fixed. "

"The hotel during our stay was very quiet. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was a large sitting area for breakfast. The truck with some of the food choices for their breakfast bar had not arrived so the options were apparently more limited than usual. They did have continental breakfast items, including cereal, toast, bagels, and waffles, which was fine with us."

"Our family recently stayed at the Best Western in Gas City and we quickly wished we had made reservations at a different hotel. We stayed for three nights and did not have a hot shower for the entire visit. The water was warm, but not hot. Also, the breakfast on all three mornings was not stocked and several items were missing. We will not be staying here again."

"Room was unsanitary and poorly kept. The room smelled and made me sick. It was loud during the night and sleep was impossible. The window was cracked and the curtains were flimsy and did not block out the busy street. Worst experience I've ever had. I pushed through the first night, but had to pay for another hotel for the remainder of my trip. The hotel refused to refund me for the second day. Expedia did not help when I called."

"Staff and amenities. We checked in around 3:15pm this past Friday and went for a walk at a local state park for about 2 hours. Came back to our room (room 232) and found our tv wasn’t working. The lady who was working in between 5pm-7pm switched us to a different room (room 230 but someone was already in that room but never reactivated their room card) and then we got moved to 117. That lady was real nice with the situation. Breakfast Saturday morning was great. Out of all the Comfort Inns we have stayed at this one was by far the best and cleanest. "
