Two ladies who immediately made me feel welcome and gave you that feeling that they truly wanted you to enjoy your experience and be comfortable. I travel the world with my work and unfortunately that is a disappearing commodity. Well done ladies."

"Prop near airport but shuttle doesn't run early before 8 am or late. No coffee in rooms and only during breakfast. Gym pretty sparse and hot tub was a bubble bath when visited, not sure what was going on there."

"We waited at least 10 minutes for someone to show at the front desk. When he finally showed up, he did’nt even say sorry and neither say hello. He asked for the credit card and my driver licence, took the depot. We asked for some cue for restaurant around the hôtel, he said yes there are some! I had to ask him for name and direction otherwise, he would have not gave me any! At our departure at 6:15, no one showed up at the front desk for 15 minutes! We left the access card on the counter and left with the shuttle! At least, the shuttle driver was nice. The room was great. First, and last time at this hotel"
