"This hotel is fairly new, and seems very clean. Staff was nice, and property well maintained. HOWEVER, my primary reason to be at Woodspring was to sleep, and that was difficult . The noise from the highway was incredibly LOUD. It sounded like I was laying on the shoulder of I-70. There was also no blackout curtain, so when morning came, the sun lit the room up right through the blinds. The beds were comfortable, and I did get some decent sleep between about 1:00AM and 6:00AM when the traffic slowed down, and before the sun came up. I asked to be moved to the other side of the hallway (away from the highway) for my second and third night, but they were fully booked. If you decide to stay here, request an EVEN NUMBERED room, and if you’re sensitive to light, a sleep mask. Rooms do have a nice little kitchenette and full sized refrigerator."
"We were there on a Thursday night, very quiet, comfy bed. We had a king room with sitting area - sofa, chair, desk, fridge with freezer and microwave. Everything we needed and the freezer froze our ice packs overnight for the second leg of our trip. Lots of restaurant choices within a mile or 2 and walkable shopping area. Lovely area, would stay again for sure next time we are passing through."
"Property is looking run down, does not look like the pictures on website, we were put in the wrong room at first, the room we reserved was filthy and smelled like urine, so they moved us to a third room, in which I had to make some minor repairs to the toilet seat which was very loose, and a towel rack which fell off on one side, soap dispenser fell off on first use. In the kitchenette we could not find the dishes to use, finally located them still in the dishwasher, microwave has rust where the coating has come off. Would have left but could not find another hotel which had space available at the last minute"
"Good, older hotel. We stayed there 4 nights and the room was not cleaned during that time. We had to go ask for clean towels and coffee. The free breakfast was adequate. Nothing special. Convenient location."
