"The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. We left a day early and I understand we would not be refunded that last night even though we did not stay there, but we were also charged that parking fee for a parking space we did not use.

"Unfortunately I happen to be here a weekend that a family had their family reunion in town. They took over the Hotel. They were loud, boisterous and hosted “parties” in the parking lot and outside sitting areas. Do I blame staff, no but quiet hours should have been enforced as it is a general hotel rule for everyone, family reunion or not.
The tub was peeling and rusty, so a refresh of amenities would be helpful."

"The internet was too slow to use the streaming on TV, Hot Water was out and showers were warm for 4 days of our stay. The first day of our stay we had water coming out of the wall onto our bathroom floor from 5th floor; then no hot water. The sink in both rooms and tub would drain slow and you couldn't leave water running or sink would overfill quickly. Hotel has serious plumbing issues and internet issues.
The hotel stated they would credit me for one day, but I still have not seen this...

"The property is well situated. The whole hotel complex is in a desperate need of a refresh. Everything was so old and worn out. The cleaning staff was trying to do their best to make it better appealing. And they were really going above and beyond as much as they could, so big thank you for them. The pool area was ok and it had ample towels. The breakfast and the "restaurant" where it was served... oh well, at least they had decent coffee and a bagel. I would not stay here again though."
