"Great service"

"We have found our go-to hotel in Minneapolis. The Element is modern and convenient. Our room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel is an easy walk from the light rail which makes it simple to go to the airport or St. Paul. The continental breakfast is outstanding. We particularly liked the yogurt parfait station with yogurt, fruit, nuts and other toppings. All in all, we will always stay at the Element when we visit Minneapolis."

"My overall experience was very positive. I would definitely stay there again. I wish that the Hotel staff had explained to me that the hotel was connected to our major indoor shopping area, which I only discovered on my last day there, but would have made my stay more pleasant to know from the beginning. This is actually a major attraction of the hotel and they are underselling the Hotel by not telling guests about it."

"Unbeatable Location & Convenience! This hotel is a game-changer for anyone attending an event, thanks to its seamless skywalk connection to both Target Field and Target Center. Parking was completely stress-free with a convenient ramp that bridges directly into the hotel via a covered skywalk. Our room was spotlessly clean and featured a great, big TV perfect for winding down. Another massive highlight was the breakfast; there were tons of options, and the fact that it stays open until 10:00 AM...

"The rooftop pool is the best!!"

"I usually stay at high end boutique hotels, so I ended up here only because I needed a place for an unexpected layover. The amenities at those types of hotels are obviously on a different level, but I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere this nice at this price point. What really set this place apart was the service. Maya at the front desk and the gentleman at the door were exceptional. They treated me like a friend, gave me great recommendations for restaurants and places to go during my delay,...

"I liked the custom drink upon arrival. They had a complimentary 24k champagne drink for the Bruno Mars concert. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both reasonably priced and delicious!"

"Hotel is literally in the University of Minnesota campus so it was super convenient, rooms are spacious and clean and beds are very comfortable, the loony is very nice and they have free lemonade and popcorn and there is a chic filet and Starbucks right downstairs and a Dunkin across the street, I also tried their restaurant and liked it a lot, highly recommend for U of M parents"

"Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. "
