"Good breakfast, nice room rural pretty location interesting history"

"Great breakfast and location."

"Everything was excellent!"

"Breakfast was exceptional. Lori keeps everything clean and organized. We have never been to a hotel breakfast that comes close."

"The location was absolutely beautiful. And the rooms were fine- small, but totally fine and clean. That said, a few things to point out. 1. TV in the room... but it didn't work 2. AC was on, and there was a big sign that said, " Contact maintenance. " When you called, the voicemail said "someone has access to this phone all day"... and the vmail box is full! "I am disabled & the staff verbally & mentally abused me. They were convicting me of outrageous actions so much so I am throwing up and can't even drive right now... i spent so much money to stay here... & I am so heartbroken...."

"Great"

"This was my 3rd time staying at Dexter’s Inn and hopefully not the last. It is a wonderful inn with easy access to Mount Sunapee. "

"Clean, quiet, beautiful inn in the heart of downtown Keene,NH. Joe was friendly and accommodating and a hell of a great guy. A+++++++"

"This was a very poor experience. We had no water for shower, and no water in kitchen sink. We checked in late at night, got up to take showers, and weren't able to do so because there was no water. We'd rented the cabin to go to a wedding and weekend events. Checked out an hour before checkout time to get to the event--unshowered-- and called the host, who didn't pick up. Left a message reporting the problem, and then we were told that we should have spoke to him to have him fix the problem...
