"Nothing on the room walls, no blow dryer, no access to my streaming on TV, pool was closed for the season, bathroom light automatically turns off during your shower; this was a “blah” of a hotel. Staff was nice, except when I called inquiring about streaming they said someone would be right up to help and no one came. "

"This property was centrally located to all the tourist sites and metro for getting around DC. Our first time to DC and we picked the right place to stay. The room was very quiet and bed was nice for sleeping. Would recommend. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The parking is expensive the breakfast buffet was expensive also and the food was stale I went to get orange juice it tasted like water and the lady explained that there was no more I expected more for the price that we paid for breakfast. For dinner we had crab cakes that had an overwhelming lemon taste to them. The hotel was very nice aside from the food and parking "

"The facility is in a great location and easily accessible to many of DC’s iconic landmarks as well as close to Subway and bus stops. Water pressure in the shower was lack luster with a dribble and the ice machine on both 14 and 9th floor did not work. Being on the 14th floor and having to check every level until we found one working was disappointing. A bit pricy on the daily car parking. Overall we loved the place and the location and would recommend it to others. I’m glad we chose to stay here."
