"The cleanliness of this hotel was not great at all. The shower had stains along the caulking, walls, and malfunctions throughout. You must note that they only housekeep clean the room every 3 days. So if your stay isn’t longer than 4 days you WILL NOT receive any housekeeping. Even after noting that, I simply requested that the floor be swept and mop while we were away for the day, they told me NO. This is a family hotel, many children, so expect your floor to be littered with food crumbs and such, the staff doesn’t care and they will not clean the floor at any time. Breakfast hours are very limited. A traditional hotel hours are 6a-10a, here it was 7a-9:30a and the cut off is strict. Only stayed here thinking it was similar to the Palazzo in Las Vegas, this place was nowhere near the quality in service or experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"I’ve stayed at this resort many times and have always been happy. However my last stay was a little disappointing. The room I as given did not have an elevator and I had friends in town with a disability ( which made it hard for my guest). We were not able to get a different room. "

"Seasons Florida Resort is a great choice for people visiting Disney world. The location is very convenient- close to the parks and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The property offers ample parking, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, it provided excellent value for the price and was well worth the money."

"I have stayed here once a year for the last five years. This year I was placed in the wrong room and the staff did not seem to care. At the end of the day when everything was said and done the price difference between what I booked and what they put me in was $10.... They lost a repeat customer over $10 and at the end of the day still didnt even make it right."
