"There was renovation work in progress on the first floor and I understand that. However, the overall building needs work. Breakfast was tasteless and dry. First floor aside, Comfort Inn by Marriott has been a name I could rely on when traveling for excellent conditions. I know now that is no longer the case."

"Nice - easy access to the square at 1/2 the price"

"For the type of hotel this is. We had a few issues our tv was broken, there was a nasty stain in the rug under the table. There was no bedding or extra pillows for the pull out I had to ask... it seems like all the hotels we stay at in this area are in need of an update."

"Everything was dirty. We were placed at the back where some guys where drinking and smoking and blasting music. As soon as we walked in the room it smelled like smoke and weed!!! It was so bad. We switched rooms finally and the other one didn’t stink but it was dirty!!"

"LOVED this place. On campus, location perfect. The Bar/restaurant was a hidden gem. Rooms were clean, a little dated, but great. Staff was wonderful and this place was beautiful!"

"Our Room was nice and clean. Bed was super comfy. Our housekeeper for our stay was Shenita was very nice she took such good care of our room and and whatever we needed. The breakfast was Delicious!! Both of the ladies that make the breakfast were very nice and kept the area very clean. I love the cleanliness. All of the staff were pretty awesome. Great place to stay. I will stay here again"

"Wouldn’t let me check in at 3 pm, room wasn’t ready till after 5 pm! Elevators did not work. They had some sort of altercation in the back parking lot, illegals I’m assuming, none of them spoke English!"

"Furniture was in really bad shape. Under the refrigerator was discussing, shower and tub had mold, toilet was stained, telephone has never been cleaned, disgusting."

"Luckily I only stayed for one night. I was tired of driving and it was close to the interstate. This was, honestly, the worst hotel that I had ever stayed. Dirty, dirty, dirty, staff barely present. I won't make that mistake again"

"Close to Ole Miss and was perfect for our campus visit. It’s also convenient for The Square as well. Spacious room, nice size fridge, microwave and some dishes. Pillows were really soft, which we didn’t really like, so I’d recommend you bring your own. I would return to this hotel in the future."

"TVs have direct tv and mine never worked. AC seems to stop working at night. Beds are comfortable and it’s a great location. Food and servers at the restaurant were great."
