"We have been coming for years and always have an amazing stay. This time was excellent as usual!! The staff is amazing and super helpful. Balcony room with a pool view is always our favorite. Our room was perfect and the pool is always clean and heated. The provided towels and the pool bar are the reasons we love hanging out there. Great food and drinks!! Amazing girls working. We were there during the heat wave and spent 4 days by the pool!!!

"Room was clean but in need of some maintenance/repairs. Broken toilet paper holder, cracked floors, and the door handle had been replaced leaving holes around the door knob that enabled viewing of the hallway. At 6:45 am I attempted to go to the lobby for breakfast but the lobby entrance from the inside hall was locked. I brought my own bread and the second morning I was able to access the lobby. The toaster looked like it had been rescued from the trash. All food items, soaps etc. were of...

Shower did not have conditioner
Towels are very thin
