"It wasn’t a five star hotel, but it was great for what it was. I felt safe and the bed was super comfortable. The room was neat and not super dirty. The pet fee was the most reasonable (only 25 dollars) and the location was perfect. Super close to everything and surrounded by lots of trees and grass. It was very quiet and calming there. It did smell like smoke outside and near the stairwell, and some things just looked worn and old. But again…it provided a good place for me and my dog to spend...

"Accomodating, courteous, friendly staff. Clean rooms, well-maintained. Safe area.
Property is located in an ideal location right across from CVS, Fresh World and next to AVIS rental car, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, 7-11. Less than a mile from Chipotle and major banks, and other brand retailers.

"Two story property (we were on first floor) was VERY quiet.
My only complaint was the use of a plug in air freshener-I am very sensitive and couldn't stop sneezing even after unplugging. Please don't use those!!
Parking is tight, but this is the Dulles area so not surprising. Overall it is an excellent property."
"Very nice hotel. Loved that they have a shuttle that can not only pick up & drop off at the airport, but it tooks us to CVS and a restaurant nearby. The hotel was clean and my Queen room was spacious. I enjoyed the free breakfast. They could add another waffle maker as the line was long and some people held the line up making more than one waffle"
