"Decent hotel but had issues with front desk being staffed at all times, and issues with bathroom fixtures and deferred maintenance in room (sink didn’t drain well, shower head became dislodged, and water marks on bedroom walls). "

"I am not hard to please.. but this property is horrible. They've put lipstick on a pig, but at least the room was clean.. until I saw the first of MANY cockroaches. I would not recomend this property to my worst enemy. And that surprise $100 key deposit didn't sit well with me either. Very tacky way they handle that situation. "

"the food in the hotel restaurant was poorly prepared tasteless, cold and uneatable When brought to the attention of the new Beverage Manager treated us to dinner turned out to be another catastrophe. Filet Mignon gray in color cold and sent back falafel was probably frozen and came out uneatable . We were told Executive chef was out for 2 days "

"Terrible stay. The hotel smelled bad from the moment I walked in, and the room felt run down and unclean. At night, it was extremely dark, especially in the hallways, which made it feel unsafe. Definitely not worth it."

"We had a fire alarm in the morning and everyone was evacuated, but we didn't see or small a fire. Fire department came, but I guess it was a false alarm. Other than that, the property is clean and nice."

"I was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast that was included with my stay. I was expecting a continental breakfast, but this was full out breakfat...eggs, bacon, pancakes, fresh fruit and more!! Rooms were very clean, and the whole kitchen setup was a complete bonus!!"

"The breakfast menu was the typical continental style. I would like to see a wider variety of fruits and veggie based dishes. Beds were super comfy. Check in and out process was easy. Hotel is credit card friendly. The pool area and the lobby area needs a little sprucing up."
