"I really like the area Bolder's is located. I'm relocating to Waterloo for work & used this hotel while I searched for housing. The staff at check-in was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and property offers free parking. This location is just off the interstate & the noise of traffic/trucks going by was no issue. They offered coffee, breakfast & WiFi. Would stay here again. "

"This motel is very old and run down, we had to ask for towels and soap and was told they don't offer Shampo. The pool was closed due to maintance(looked as though it had been closed for a long time). There was a constant smell of drug use and unsavory people everywhere. Would not suggest this motel and I will never stay there again."

"The space was clean and very inviting very cozy! The hostess Kelly was very kind and hospitable. Recommend adding the charcuterie board it was so good. Breakfast was amazing fresh cooked each morning! We will be returning and recommending to our friends."
