"The Crandell Mountain Lodge is a great place to stay but not the room we were in. I paid extra for a Queen suite but the room was nothing like the photo or description. It was beyond cramped and tiny with little room to put anything. The sink was mostly plugged and the toilet seat loose. Fortunately we were able to fix both issues but maintenance could do a better job. Stay here but not in this room."

"Loved the rooms. Stayed in multiple over the period. Close proximity to Cameron Falls. Stayed in room 102 but noise from the room above was a worry. Other than that it was great."

"Rooms and overall hotel is old needs up graded. No way to cover the window to make the room dark enough to sleep with a huge spotlight outside. The supper we had was stuff outta a plastic frozen bag. Tasted stale and frostbitten and very overpriced. The pool didn't smell like chlorine but was like saltwater. The rails to hold to go in the pool were almost coming out very rundown. Overall not worth the money but the breakfast was good and lots parking for a trailer."
