Room was comfortable, warm and spacious. One bedside lamp didn’t work properly, but that was not a big issue. Although it is situated near a busy road, the room was quiet. Lots of parking available. We would stay here again in the future.

Suite with a king sized bed along with a small kitchen plus sink and utensils, and small table. The room was very clean, looks recently renovated. Pet friendly, with nearby walking trail, and close to downtown. We stayed here instead of in Waterton. Comfortable room for two plus a small dog.

The room was very quiet and clean, but the floor needed a sweep. Could feel some dirt on my bare feet. Bed was comfy & the sheets were very soft. We only had two towel sets & coffee amenities even though I book the room for 3 people & paid the extra fee for the 3rd, so not sure why they weren't readily provided. That said though, it didn't worry us & I'm certain if we had asked for the extra towels & coffee, they would have supplied them hassle free. All in all, I would definitely stay again, just room for a little extra attention. Thank you for a peaceful & comfy stay :-)

The rooms were not the cleanest. Towels were dirty. Outside looked run down. Staff were accommodating. Parking outside of rooms. Some units are configured strange with the AC above the head of bed. Would not recommend taking small or young children
