There was a concert in town and the hotel had zero parking. That was a PITA because I had a lot of expensive camera equipment that I ended up having to haul several blocks from the nearest available parking garage. The hotel website says it has valet parking but it didn't - not acceptable.

The room was clean and the staff at check in was friendly. There are plenty of restaurants close to the property as well.
