"Parts of the room were aged. The curtains were old, the sink was poorly caulked. The bathroom door was damaged, the bathroom door frame was missing the edging, and the shower curtain did not stop the water from spilling over."

"The toilet in our room did not work properly. It was clogged and did not flush properly. The staff member at the reception desk gave us a plunger to use. It did not clear the problem. The air conditioning unit in the room did not cool the room satisfactorily."
