"This was definitely a budget friendly choice for an otherwise (likely expensive town for accommodation) tourist town. Room was clean and updated to a modern rustic decoration level. Only two points of contention with this place: the room had a heavy odour of Pine Sol, but the bathroom grout was still a touch grungy (must have been some real messes cleaned up in the past) and the mattress was one of those foam “bed-in-a-box” mattresses - very poor level of comfort. "Great view from the deck. 3 fire pits. Staff was helpful what little there was. The bar tender was a one women show serving the bar, waiting tables in the restaurant and taking orders. The cleaning people for the rooms never even showed up one day to provide towels and We had to call for towels at 5 pm at night. The people that fid show up to work were very good but way under staffed."

"Very convenient location. Easy walk to Watkins Glen State Park (a must see!) Brian (owner) was friendly, welcoming and engaging. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast (many locally sourced products) was delicious Would highly recommend!"

"Perfect spot for a laid-back couple's getaway. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are super comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved the view from the deck right outside our room—it was the perfect place to sit and relax. The onsite tiki bar was definitely a highlight and had a great vibe. If you want a comfortable, clean, and unpretentious place to stay with excellent views, this is it."
