"One of the best service hotels we have stayed at. Room was a nice size, clean but could have done with a bit more dusting. No shower gel in the shower. We could have asked due some but things like this should be checked before letting out the room. However staff were very friendly. The restaurant served quite nice meals. Buffet breakfast is very good too. Love the black pudding. Definitely would stay here again. It's quiet considering it's at a service area. 8/10 from us."

"Room was reasonably clean, albeit it dated. The bathroom door had warped and there was hair on the tiles. The iron wasn’t as steam iron which worked but not the best. This hotel has good parking, spa and pool. The breakfast was a good selection of foods. What made the stay great was the staff, especially the breakfast staff, warm friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again just for the staff."

"When we arrived to our room, the room was very hot and there was no way we would be able to stay and sleep in there as a family of 4 and the air con was not working (in the UK heat wave). I went down to reception and spoke to Maria who went above and beyond to help us more rooms. There was no more double rooms to fit us but was moved to interconnecting rooms. So just wanted to say Maria was fantastic and a credit to the hotel team."
