"The A/c did not work the first night we were there. Called the front desk three times. Still did not fix. The entire facility is in desperate need of renovations and updates. We have been staying here for business and pleasure for the last 15 years, and it appears we will have to find a new place to stay."

"This place is in dire need of renovations. If you book here, purchase the cancellation guarantee. I thought I didn't need it since it was a Marriott property. I was wrong. First time in my 50+ years of travel that I checked in and almost immediately checked out after trying two rooms. The chemical smell of whatever they use to clean made my wife sick. Roach on the wall, busted door latch, rusty air conditioning unit at the foot of the bed, trash bags piled up in one stairwell, worn out upholstery, delayed check in because they were waiting for the police to arrive, what my wife described as "scummy" hallways. NO REFUND even though I was there less than an hour and tried to make it work. Expedia was very helpful trying to get a full refund. I travel to this location at least once a month on business. I will not be staying at a marriott property, especially this one."

"First of all. The front desk person was courteous. Bartender with dreds piled on his head added his own $5 tip for my one drink. Bathroom had soneones left over disgusting washcloth hanging out. Mold on the walls behind the peeling wall paper. Pink bubblegum stuck in the headboard. And what looked like a buger on the wall. Sheets we got from the front desk for the pull out couch were dirty. Would expect much more out of a Hilton. "

"The parking area is very small. The passenger loading and unloading zone is being used for parking, so it’s not available for its intended purpose—you’ll likely need to park about a block away."
