"Well the only issue with the hotel being full there was an issue that one of the two elevators was not working "

"Basically right on the airport property. Quick shuttle. If you plan to take the morning shuttle, if they’ll let you call ahead as the times fill up fast. "

"Perfect stay except one small thing. Somebody set the bedside alarm clock for 6am. Then I heard 2 other bedside alarm clocks ringing thru the walls before 7am. Heard a 4th ringing as I walked down the hall to breakfast at 8:30am. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. Didn’t wait long for the shuttle, quick check in, clean room, friendly staff. The pillows were good quality that you just melt into. Bed was firm but soft. The light blocking shade was excellent too. Breakfast had eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, and oatmeal. I felt like I was ready for the day! It really was a good stay and I recommend this hotel! "

"The room was very clean and well laid out. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Staff was not attentive and I had to wait each time I had a question. There was no free coffee available in the lobby. A bottle of Coke was $6. Could use some customer service improvement. "

"The gal at the desk when we checked in was top notch. NON-BETTER. The entire staff we came in contact with was fine. HOWEVER the last time I stayed there the staff would not go to my room and retrieve my back pack for my daughter who drove up from Tacoma. I requested this from a phone call while in the hospital. MUCH EXTRA BURDEN FOR NO REASON. Only negative this stay was Direct TV jumped channels, the programs were out of sink with the description, one couldn't punch in numbers for a particular channel. IT SUCKED!"
